Responsibilities
- Manage a high-performing team of Candidate Leads responsible for candidate logistics (e.g. interview scheduling), front-line candidate communications, and operational process development
- Oversee the design and execution of projects to improve candidate experience, momentum, and efficiency as we scale
- Maintain clear and up-to-date recruiting process documentation
- Ensure we are using our tools and systems to their full potential and help trouble-shoot issues
- Help validate and onboard new systems and integrations; where appropriate, partner with internal technical resources to build custom solutions
- Leverage the capabilities of AI to enhance our recruiting practices
- Improve our reporting and ability to use metrics effectively to evaluate searches; identify and communicate best practices for data hygiene to enable accurate and efficient measurement of outcomes
Requirements
- 5+ years of recruiting operations, coordination, or HR operations experience in fast-paced environments
- 1+ years of people management experience
- Demonstrated history of delivering meaningful improvements in talent acquisition operations
- Technical facility with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g. Lever), interview platforms (e.g. HackerRank), and/or scheduling software (e.g. Goodtime), including implementations
- Experience managing recruiting reporting and utilizing metrics to evaluate searches
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Authorization to work in the United States
