AutoStore is a leading software and robotics company that provides automation technology to warehouse and distribution facilities. We are searching for a Talent Sourcer at our North American headquarters in Salem, NH, for a 12-week temporary position.
The Sourcer will be responsible for processes relating to recruiting for various roles and assisting the HR team with different tasks and projects. The ideal individual should be comfortable on the phone, people-oriented, have a strong sense of urgency, and have an ability to multitask. In this role, you will be entrusted with various responsibilities. You will be part of a department integral to AutoStore's success, working closely with team members who are passionate about what they do and supporting one another.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sourcing qualified candidates for job requisitions utilizing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
- Candidate data entry, updating, tracking, and ATS management
- Preparing recruiting and hiring updates by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends to share with hiring managers and HR partners
- Posting job descriptions on various job boards, associations, and professional networking sites
- Coordinate pre-hire logistics, which could include but are not limited to reference and background checks
- Ensuring job boards are accurate and up to date
- Communicating directly with candidates and agencies as necessary, depending on the level of involvement with searches
- Project work requiring forward thinking, multitasking, and prioritizing
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Enrolled in a bachelor’s or graduate degree program
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:
- Ability to complete a variety of tasks promptly
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with guidance as needed
- Ability to appropriately handle confidential and sensitive information
- Written and verbal communication skills in English are required to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams
