Job Summary:  

The recruiting coordinator plays a critical role in facilitating the hiring process, ensuring a seamless transition from the initial job posting to the onboarding of new employees. They are essential in supporting the work of recruiters and HR, contributing to the overall success of the organization's talent acquisition efforts. Additionally, they serve as brand ambassadors for the company, embodying and promoting the organization's culture, values, and opportunities at various events and engagements.  

 
Responsibilities: 

  • Supports the Talent Acquisition function, focusing on interview and test coordination, as well as reporting and analysis.  

  • Coordinates complex interviews across multiple teams, supporting 2-4 recruiters. 

  • Manages and updates the Applicant Tracking System. 

  • Initiates and supports the onboarding process.  

  • Aligns open roles and requisitions with the Workforce Plan. 

  • Assumes responsibility for candidate flow from entry to offer in the ATS. 

  • Assists with reporting and analytics for recruiters and business leaders. 

  • Plans, supports and participates in company, professional organizations and university events. 

  • Manages a variety of administrative tasks supporting leadership and TA team. 

 

Required Skills:       

  • Excels in organizational skills, encompassing process management, multitasking, prioritization, and meticulous attention to detail. 

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and possesses experience in data reporting, particularly in HR and recruiting fields. 

  • Possesses a strong command of Excel and reporting techniques. 

  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.  

  • Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills.  

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.  

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. 

  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities. 

 

Education & Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or similar area of business.  

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in human resources or recruiting based role. 

  • Experience in data reporting; specifically, fields relating to HR/recruiting. 

  • Experience with Workday highly preferred.  

 

Skills Required

  • Strong organizational skills, including process management, multitasking, prioritization, and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
  • Experience with data reporting, particularly in HR or recruiting
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel and reporting techniques
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
