The Role
The Recruitment Onboarding Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring a smooth transition from candidate acceptance to their successful onboarding. This role bridges Talent Acquisition, HR, and Operations by managing pre-employment requirements, coordinating with stakeholders, and delivering a positive new-hire experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities for new hires, including documentation, background checks, orientation scheduling, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of all pre-employment processes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires, addressing questions and guiding them through the onboarding journey.
- Collaborate with recruiters to transition candidates from offer acceptance to onboarding.
- Track onboarding metrics (time-to-onboard, completion rates, compliance gaps) and report regularly to the Recruitment and HR teams.
- Maintain organized candidate files and ensure proper data entry in HRIS/ATS systems.
- Ensure that all new hire documentation complies with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
- Partner with HR to process government remittances, benefits enrollment, and employment contracts.
- Monitor onboarding checklists and escalate delays or discrepancies.
What We Expect From You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, or onboarding support.
- Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, and recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
