In this role, you will take full ownership of the entire recruiting process, with plenty of room to shape outcomes and make a real impact. At the same time, you will play an active role in shaping how we collaborate and continue to develop as a recruiting organization.

Job Description

About your tasks

  • You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from creating job advertisements and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews with qualified applicants and handling all related administrative tasks.
  • Your main focus will be recruiting for roles typically found within a Distribution Center, ranging from Supply Chain Managers and Warehouse Team Leads to other office-based functions and operational warehouse employees. In addition, you will support recruitment for office-based positions across our international locations, particularly in Germany and the Netherlands.
  • You will organize and lead applicant days, creating engaging opportunities to connect with potential talent in an interactive setting.
  • Together with your manager (based in the Netherlands) and colleagues in the Pilsen team, you will develop and implement talent attraction strategies to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure a consistent flow of qualified applications.
  • You will work closely with hiring managers, providing effective stakeholder management and ensuring recruitment needs are met efficiently and successfully.

Qualifications

About you

  • You have completed vocational training or hold a degree, ideally in Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field.
  • You bring at least 2–3 years of recruitment experience, ideally including both blue-collar and office-based hiring.
  • Your strong communication and interpersonal skills enable you to engage and attract candidates, present confidently to groups, and build effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • You are fluent in Czech and have a good command of English for business communication.
  • You have an analytical mindset and are comfortable using data to evaluate recruitment strategies and measure their effectiveness.

Skills Required

  • Completed vocational training or hold a degree
  • Degree ideally in Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology, or related field
  • At least 2-3 years of recruitment experience
  • Experience recruiting both blue-collar (warehouse/operational) and office-based roles
  • Fluent in Czech
  • Good command of English for business communication
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including presenting to groups
  • Analytical mindset and comfort using data to evaluate recruitment strategies
  • Stakeholder management and ability to work with hiring managers
  • Experience organizing and leading applicant days or recruitment events
