The RoleWe’re looking for a Recruiting Manager with years of experience using Rippling’s ATS to lead full-cycle recruiting at Tixr. In this role, you’ll manage the hiring process end-to-end — from top-of-funnel sourcing and screening, to advising hiring managers, to closing offers and onboarding new team members.
You’ll work directly with leaders across all functions, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience and efficient hiring processes. You’ll liaise with finance to manage approvals and comp packages, and partner with our third-party recruiting firm to accelerate hiring for priority roles.
As we grow, you’ll take ownership of the employee lifecycle and help out with onboarding and off-boarding processes that expand into HR and People Ops initiatives. This is a strategic, hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves building relationships, and can balance execution with process improvement.
Responsibilities- Own full-cycle recruiting across all functions (sourcing → hire) in Rippling ATS.
- Serve as a partner and advisor to hiring managers, shaping job descriptions, interview plans, and candidate evaluation.
- Manage candidate pipeline and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
- Liaise with finance for comp package approvals and offer alignment.
- Collaborate with external recruiting support for candidate sourcing and pipeline management.
- Take ownership of onboarding and off-boarding, refining processes as we scale.
- Support HR/People Ops initiatives (e.g., performance programs, employee engagement) as bandwidth allows.
- Must have advanced experience with Rippling ATS (minimum 3+ years).
- 4–6 years of recruiting/HR experience, ideally in a high-growth tech environment.
- Proven track record managing full-cycle recruiting for multiple functions.
- Strong relationship-builder with executives, hiring managers, and candidates.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and process-minded.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
- Interest in expanding into broader People Ops and HR leadership responsibilities.
