About the role

You are responsible for leading a team of recruiters, focused on identifying top talent to support business hiring initiatives. You will drive the recruitment process, build talent pipelines, ensuring a positive candidate and manager experience, and you will promote Crunchtime’s employer brand. You will also ensure that the recruiting process moves efficiently and effectively, identifying and hiring the top talent needed to achieve business goals.

What you’ll do as a Recruiting Manager
  • You'll oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from strategy to execution, for a variety of business functions. You'll also hire, train, and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring they have the skills and resources to succeed.
  • You'll also lead key projects to enhance our hiring processes and candidate experience.
  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract and retain high-quality candidates, to include:
    • Create, define, and execute effective sourcing strategies based on required skills, roles, and locations
    • Build on previous recruiting experience with demonstrated expertise to source passive candidates using innovative sourcing approaches
    • Provide recruitment research, competitive intelligence, and analysis
    • Utilize social media to market roles, professional networks to attract talent and build online communities of targeted candidates
  • Leverage and monitor data to measure productivity and proactively identify potential gaps and trends. Effectively utilize ATS tools/reports to capture metrics/KPIs for all recruiting activities.
  • Tracks and reports any compliance and enforcement issues and helps develop and maintain enforcement procedures to ensure full compliance with company hiring policies and processes.
  • Leads by example and implements goals and processes to build team accountability.
  • Act as primary administrator for Greenhouse, LinkedIn and HiPeople tools and manage the relationship ensuring effective utilization and adoption of features as they become available.
  • Shared responsibility of Glassdoor with the Marketing team, including but not limited to: regularly reviewing Glassdoor, responding to reviews, bringing anything to the attention of the CPO
  • Manage and own data, analytics, and reporting for the entire Recruitment function (in conjunction with CPO); this includes periodic reporting to Hiring Managers
  • Administer our referral bonus program, which includes tracking of bonuses, engagement with those who make referrals, etc.
  • Develop systems and processes for the training of hiring managers, interview teams, and recruiters
  • Ensures that Recruitment processes are documented, up-to-date, and shared with those who need to be informed. This could include both internal team processes, as well as external processes that are shared across the organization.

What we’re looking for
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate recruiting strategies and status updates to all levels of the organization, and you're skilled at building strong, trusting relationships with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Results oriented self-starter with demonstrated time management and execution skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, systems, and processes.
  • Knowledge of international, federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
  • Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills and the ability to effectively interface with leaders
  • Excellent research/sourcing and data presentation skills, including use of Boolean, LinkedIn, and alternative search techniques
  • Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive; a team member who can positively and productively impact strategic and tactical initiatives
  • You have a strong understanding of recruiting metrics, and how to analyze and present data/trends
  • You have experience and proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse
  • Experience recruiting globally, preferably in Mexico, UK, Australia & GCC

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruitment
  • Minimum 3 years of people leadership
