As the Recruiting Leader of Sales for Mortgage Banking, you'll set the strategic direction for the recruiting team and turn it into hiring outcomes building the hiring leader relationships, market intelligence, and team capability needed to win top talent in a competitive lending market. This is a role that blends people leadership with recruiting craft: you're accountable for your team's performance and for the quality of every hire that lands on the business.
About the Role
Set the recruiting team's strategic direction and priorities, aligned to Mortgage Banking's talent and business goals
Serve as the go-to expert for hiring leaders and internal partners, solving recruiting challenges with both proven approaches and new ideas
Build and maintain hiring-leader relationships to stay ahead of current and future talent needs
Track competitive intelligence on salary, benefits, and employment practices to keep offers and strategy sharp
Design and execute strategies that identify, attract, and hire high-quality talent
Coach and develop recruiters — building accountability, skill, and consistency across the team, including in behavioral interviewing practices
Own reporting on team performance and strategic progress for senior leadership
Monitor recruiting metrics and use the data to drive better outcomes and sharper strategy
About You
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of talent acquisitions or related experience with demonstrated success delivering on goals
1+ year of leadership experience
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of experience in full-cycle, high-volume recruitment, preferably in sales environment
Proven leadership background, experience driving team atmosphere and performance, coaching and training team members
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategy to include job boards, sourcing tools and other candidate messaging platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed and Phenom
Familiarity with Workday platform
