About the RoleTabs is seeking a seasoned, strategic, and execution-oriented Director of Recruiting to lead our talent function and play a critical role in shaping the future of our team. This person will be a key partner to leadership across the company, responsible for building a high-performing hiring engine while also contributing to broader employee experience initiatives.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has a bias toward action, and is excited to build the recruiting function from the ground up. This is person will need to own roles as an IC along with owning the recruitment function.
What You’ll DoRecruiting Leadership
Own and evolve the full-cycle recruiting function across all departments, including executive-level hiring
Build scalable recruiting strategies, interview frameworks, and talent pipelines to support rapid growth
Partner closely with executive and departmental leaders on workforce planning and hiring prioritization
Lead employer branding, sourcing strategies, and referral programs to attract world-class talent
Own recruiting analytics and reporting to track performance and inform decision-makingDeliver a consistently excellent candidate experience
Evaluate and manage recruiting tools and systems (e.g., ATS, integrations)
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate on key moments of the employee journey, including onboarding and leveling frameworks
Support the implementation and scaling of people-related systems and processes as the team grows
Partner with leadership to support culture, communication, and team-building initiatives
8+ years of experience in recruiting, including leadership experience at high-growth startups
Proven track record of hiring across technical, non-technical, and executive roles
Strategic mindset with the ability to execute at both high and detailed levels
Strong data orientation and familiarity with recruiting metrics and KPIs
Excellent communicator and cross-functional partner
