Responsibilities
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure all logistical details (location, time, virtual meeting links) are confirmed and communicated
- Ensure that candidates have a positive experience by providing excellent communication and support
- Answer questions related to the recruiting process or logistics
- Provide candidates with necessary information about the interview process, company, and role
- Maintain candidate records, interview notes, and other recruitment documents in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Ensure all hiring paperwork is completed in a timely manner.
- Actively search and identify potential candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals
- Assist in organizing and coordinating recruitment events such as job fairs or campus recruiting events
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or in Process
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
- High-energy and passion
- Demonstrated ability to meet goals
Base pay is one part of our total compensation package at Gotion, and is determined within a range. This provides you with the opportunity to progress as you grow and advance your career at Gotion. The base pay range for this role is shown below, and will depend on your skills, qualifications, experiences, and location.
