We are seeking a temporary Recruiting Intern in the New York or DC office from October 2026 – February 2027 (not to exceed 20 weeks). The Recruiting Intern will play an integral role in law school hiring with responsibility for day-to-day administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, expense reports, event planning, and other special projects.RESPONSIBILITIES
- Law School Recruiting
- Assist with recruitment programing and on campus recruiting initiatives.
- Schedule attorney interviews and lunches.
- Assist with the planning and implementation of training programs.
- Reserve conference rooms, order meals, create and distribute e-mail and other invitations; compile and distribute program materials; coordinate program logistics for presentations.
- Help coordinate and calendar campus and recruiting events.
- Greet candidates for interviews, as needed.
- Process student and vendor reimbursements.
- Input/organize application data in applicant tracking system (resumes, transcripts, evaluations, letters).
- Update branding and graphics for presentations and events; distribute giveaways.
- Maintain relevant trackers for active candidates and summer associates.
- Draft letters and emails for team.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Completion of bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Candidate must be at least 21 years old.
- Highly skilled in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Pay Transparency Range:
New York and Washington D.C.: The anticipated hourly rate of pay will be $28 per hour.
