The Role

The Recruiting Group Manager is a senior management level position responsible for accomplishing results through the management of a team or department to drive the end-to-end strategy, execution and delivery of the recruitment process in coordination with the Human Resources team. The overall objective of this role is to develop, implement and provide recruiting activities in support of the business strategy.
Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of professionals and serve as technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a proven track record of transformational leadership
  • Develop detailed recruiting strategy to meet business needs for talent acquisition
  • Serve as primary point of contact with senior business leaders and Human Resources (HR) partners, such as HR Advisors and Compensation
  • Manage sensitive and confidential matters, resolve complex issues via influence, and work directly with business heads and Managing Directors to fill key positions and senior level roles
  • Engage candidates from other regions, maintain knowledge of issues relating to international relocation and expatriate process, and lead mobility efforts across regions
  • Work with Diversity team to facilitate slate processed as well as promote and manage internal mobility processes
  • Manage relationships, negotiate contracts, and serve as point of contact for both retained and contingency search firms
  • Utilize social media to build upon established network of function/business areas as well as introduce talent to managers for future hiring needs
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience with people management
  • Demonstrated core recruiting and leadership skills
  • Demonstrated identification and assessment skills
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Master’s degree preferred

Experiencia:
• Mínimo 7-10 años en reclutamiento masivo, con al menos 3 años en puestos de liderazgo.
• Experiencia comprobada en sectores como banca, retail, telecomunicaciones, call center, ventas o servicios financieros.
• Dominio en estrategias de volumen alto de contratación (>500 vacantes mensuales es ideal).
• Conocimiento de plataformas de reclutamiento masivo (Taleo, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, OCC, Bumeran, Computrabajo, etc.).
Manejó de indicadores clave de desempeño (tiempo de cobertura, rotación temprana 0-90 días , costo por contratación).
Habilidades Clave:
• Liderazgo de equipos grandes y multiculturales.
• Pensamiento estratégico y enfoque a resultados.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación.
• Capacidad de análisis de datos para toma de decisiones.
• Flexibilidad y orientación al cambio en entornos de alta demanda.

Deseables:
• Conocimiento de metodologías ágiles aplicadas a RH.
• Experiencia en reclutamiento inclusivo o con enfoque DEI preferentemente

Experiencia en estrategias de retención, costo operacional de reclutamiento
