- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
- Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Prepare offer letters, support onboarding logistics, and assist with pre‑employment documentation.
- Partner with recruiters to manage job postings, pipeline updates, and hiring timelines.
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment events when needed.
- Help streamline and improve recruiting processes to enhance efficiency and candidate satisfaction.
