The Company
Tutor Intelligence is building the technology and processes to let robots go where they’ve never gone before: the average American factory and warehouse. We understand that general-purpose and generally intelligent robots are going to be built in our lifetimes, and we’re not content to sit on the sidelines.

Founded by MIT alumni and backed with over $40M in funding by leading investors in AI and robotics, Tutor combines human and artificial intelligence to build something greater than the sum of its parts — a Tutor Intelligence. As an AI software company that deploys its inventions directly into the facilities that need them, every line of code, process change, and decision at Tutor has a direct impact on the physical economy.

The Role
We're looking for someone detail oriented to come in and manage our technical recruiting process end-to-end, from suggesting process improvements to making sure no applicant emails fall through the cracks. No prior recruiting experience necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Emailing & coordinating with applicants
  • Schedule calls/takehomes/onsites
  • Make sure no messages fall through the cracks
  • Basic evaluation of our coding challenge take home assignment
  • Initial batch incoming resume review
  • Improve applicant tracking management + process integration with Lever
  • 15m calls with applicants to excite them about Tutor Intelligence
  • Support recruiting events
  • Chip in with other tasks - we're a small startup and we wear many hats; people are often expected to support tasks outside of their typical responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to organize large amounts of information and suggest reasonable process improvements
  • Willingness to take ownership and accountability and push for change
  • Bonus: experience using AI tools to make minor modifications to code, as a way to improve your day-to-day experience with some of our home-built tools
  • No past recruiting experience necessary
