About the RoleWe’re seeking exceptional recruiting coordinators to build Fluidstack from the ground up– hiring top-tier talent across a variety of technical and non-technical teams. In partnership with recruiters, hiring managers and leadership, you’ll shape the recruitment strategies necessary to keep up with the demand Fluidstack is rapidly working against. Recruiting coordinators are deeply aligned with Fluidstack’s mission to build the backbone of AI and empower the most critical AI companies in the world.
Key responsibilities:Schedule & coordinate interviews across a variety of open roles– virtual and in-person interviews across multiple time zones.
Serve as main logistical POC throughout the interview process, delivering white-glove candidate experience from initial phone screen to offer letter.
Manage high volumes of candidates with a high-sense of urgency – always anticipating & resolving logistical or scheduling issues quickly and professionally.
Maintain accurate candidate records and data integrity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Strong problem solving & critical thinking abilities
Ability to navigate a fast-paced and scaling environment, along with evolving demands from the business
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Creativity & interest in navigating ambiguity/building from scratch
Natural inclination to ownership & a strong work ethic.
1+ year of previous experience in recruiting coordination (open to administrative or operations experience.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly operational with strong time management & organization skills.

The base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location. This range represents our good faith estimate of the compensation for this role at the time of posting. Total compensation may also include equity in the form of stock options.
