We’re seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to help us deliver an exceptional candidate experience while maintaining a fast-moving hiring process that remains organized and efficient. This is a critical role in supporting the growth of our dedicated team. You’ll help review candidates, coordinate interviews, manage communication with candidates and hiring managers, and keep our systems running smoothly.

• Coordinate interviews across time zones and ensure a smooth candidate experience

• Manage candidate communications, scheduling, and logistics

• Maintain accurate records in our Ashby applicant tracking system (ATS)

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to identify process improvements

• Help manage recruiting operations projects (e.g., job descriptions, templates, metrics, reporting)

• Ensure all candidates have a positive and timely experience from first touch to close

• Greet candidates upon arrival, prepare meeting rooms before candidate onsite interviews

• Be a Brand Ambassador of Beacon at recruiting events to give a glimpse into the awesome culture that candidates look forward to joining

• Assist with data hygiene and integrity by verifying documents, data, and other details related to the hiring process

• 1-2+ years of recruiting coordination or equivalent experience in a fast-paced environment

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

• Strong written and verbal communication

• Demonstrated success in multitasking and coordinating parallel deadlines

• Professional, responsive, and positive attitude with candidates and colleagues

• Proficiency with GSuite (Google Docs, Sheets, etc.) and familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Ashby)

• Positive attitude, and a ‘no task too small’ mindset

• Schedule:

  • This is a part-time position but must dedicate at least 4 hours 5 days per week to stay on top of the hiring funnel

  • If you are intersted in a Full-Time position you must be willing to take on a wider role (sourcing, other operations related duties)

• Location: Must be local to the Bay Area — hybrid role (typically 3 days/week in our San Carlos office)
  

This is a hybrid role and requires working from our San Carlos, CA office at least three days a week, with the option to work remotely the remaining days.
