Design, build, and operate AWS cloud and LLM infrastructure: IaC, CI/CD, secure networking, model endpoints (Bedrock/SageMaker), RAG pipelines, vector search, telemetry, data ingestion, IoT edge deployments, and cost/governance. Partner with product teams, own production reliability, and implement safety, privacy, and compliance controls.

Lead technical recruiting strategy and execution for Beacon's Murdock product, focusing on sourcing, screening, and hiring engineers in iOS, ML, robotics, autonomy, and embedded domains. Partner with engineering leaders to refine roles, evaluate candidates, synthesize interview feedback, and optimize recruiting processes and candidate experience. Build intentional pipelines and represent Beacon to close top talent.
