The Role
Summary
At Imbue, we strive to give every candidate a thoughtful, high-touch interview experience. In order to accomplish this, we are looking for an onsite recruiting coordinator to help us grow our team!
In this role, you’ll serve as the primary point-of-contact for candidates in our interview process—especially during onsite interviews. You’ll work collaboratively with the talent and ops team to ensure a white-glove candidate experience, including proposing process improvements.
Please note that this role is 100% onsite in our San Francisco office (located in Hayes Valley), and it is not eligible for remote or hybrid work.
You Are
• A recruiting coordinator with 1+ years of experience, preferably in an onsite role
• Obsessed with candidate experience and committed to ensuring each candidate receives white-glove treatment
• Proactive and constantly on the lookout for ways to improve our processes
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to stay on top of complex processes and prioritize simultaneous tasks
• Highly empathetic and passionate about creating beautiful experiences for people
• A strong written and verbal communicator
• A team player and someone who sweats the details
What you’ll do
• Serve as the primary touchpoint for candidates in our interview process
• Own the end-to-end scheduling and coordination of interviews
• Manage all onsite interview logistics, including office tours and candidate check-ins
• Collaborate and coordinate with recruiters, hiring managers, and executive assistants to ensure a smooth interview process
• Partner with team members to identify and implement improvements to candidate experience and internal processes
• Oversee multiple aspects of the candidate journey while fostering a positive, high-touch, and personal experience
• Contribute to talent programs, including events

The base salary for this range is $75,000 - $95,000 a year.
