About the RoleWe’re looking for a high-energy Recruiting Coordinator & Sourcer to join our People team. This is a hybrid role that blends operational excellence with candidate-first sourcing. You’ll play a critical role in keeping our recruiting engine running smoothly—from building top-of-funnel pipelines to delivering a white-glove experience throughout the hiring process.

What You’ll DoSourcing (50%)
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand key role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
Execute creative sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, job boards, internal referrals, and niche communities
Own outbound sourcing outreach and follow-ups, maintaining a high-touch candidate experience
Build and maintain pipelines of qualified, diverse candidates for high-priority roles
Track and report sourcing metrics and conversion data
Coordination (50%)
Schedule interviews and maintain tight communication with candidates and internal teams
Manage and optimize workflows in our ATS (Ashby)
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from first touch to offer
Support coordination of recruiting events, career fairs, or referral campaigns
Assist with offer letter generation, background check coordination, and onboarding prep
1–2 years of experience in recruiting coordination or sourcing (can be internships or part-time roles)
Strong written communication and attention to detail—especially in external outreach and scheduling
High ownership mentality: you follow through and don’t let things slip through the cracks
A love for organization, systems, and process improvement
Comfort with high-volume, fast-paced environments
Experience with an ATS (bonus if it's Ashby) and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus
The total compensation range for this role is USD $15,000 - $20,000, based on market data and the scope of responsibilities. For exceptionally qualified candidates, we’re open to adjusting compensation accordingly.
