Recruiting Coordinator

We’re looking for a high-energy Recruiting Coordinator & Sourcer to join our People team. This is a hybrid role that blends operational excellence with candidate-first sourcing. You’ll play a critical role in keeping our recruiting engine running smoothly—from building top-of-funnel pipelines to delivering a white-glove experience throughout the hiring process.

Sourcing (50%)

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand key role requirements and ideal candidate profiles

• Execute creative sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, job boards, internal referrals, and niche communities

• Own outbound sourcing outreach and follow-ups, maintaining a high-touch candidate experience

• Build and maintain pipelines of qualified, diverse candidates for high-priority roles

• Track and report sourcing metrics and conversion data

Coordination (50%)

• Schedule interviews and maintain tight communication with candidates and internal teams

• Manage and optimize workflows in our ATS (Ashby)

• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from first touch to offer

• Support coordination of recruiting events, career fairs, or referral campaigns

• Assist with offer letter generation, background check coordination, and onboarding prep

• 1–2 years of experience in recruiting coordination or sourcing (can be internships or part-time roles)

• Strong written communication and attention to detail—especially in external outreach and scheduling

• High ownership mentality: you follow through and don’t let things slip through the cracks

• A love for organization, systems, and process improvement

• Comfort with high-volume, fast-paced environments

• Experience with an ATS (bonus if it's Ashby) and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus

The total compensation range for this role is USD $15,000 - $20,000, based on market data and the scope of responsibilities. For exceptionally qualified candidates, we’re open to adjusting compensation accordingly.
