Job Summary

    The Support Coordinator II, Staffing & Recruitment, assists academic medical facilities in the staffing of faculty, core staff, and key leadership roles by continued communication via phone or email in an effort to place providers on client assignments!

    Job Responsibilities
    • Source leads within region using web search and industry resources.
    • Establishes and maintains credibility through initial interactions with candidates.
    • Keeps an updated target list of active openings to source candidates.
    • Maintains a working relationship with Consultants.
    • Uses and handles all available candidate resources including internet inquiries, internal referrals, the Salesforce database, a network of research consultants, and outside website resources.
    • Develops new sourcing strategies.
    • Mentors assigned Recruiters in Training.
    • Helps with day-to-day administrative duties.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Customer service oriented
    • Meticulous
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
    Qualifications

      Education & Years of Experience

      • High School Diploma/GED plus 5-7 years of work experience

      Additional Experience

      • Experience in sales, recruiting or customer service capacity
      • Experience with Salesforce
      Work Environment / Physical Requirements
      • Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
      • Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

        Pay Rate$18.25 - $22.75 Hourly

        Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.

        This position may include additional compensation such as bonus or commission.  Please ask your recruiter for more information.
