*Note: This position requires presence in our San Francisco office location 4 days per week; Lambda’s designated work from home day is currently Tuesday.
What You’ll Do 

  • Schedule all necessary candidate interviews and debriefs across the business

  • Provide onsite support for our San Francisco office in-person interviews

  • Be the main point of contact for candidate correspondence 

  • Partner cross functionally with recruiters and internal hiring teams to support the recruiting process

  • Configure job setup and maintain data hygiene within our ATS, Ashby

  • Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed

  • Identify areas for process improvement and suggest solutions to streamline workflows

  • Keep the candidate experience top of mind throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive and seamless experience for all candidates

You

  • Have 2+ years of recruiting coordination, executive assistant or related coordination experience

  • Have strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

  • Have demonstrated ATS experience

  • Are proficient with GSuite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Docs, Sheets)

  • Are flexible and able to navigate changing priorities, unexpected challenges, and evolving recruitment needs

  • Have a demonstrated commitment to providing an exceptional candidate experience and delivering high-quality service to candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders

  • Enjoy using your keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy and thoroughness in recruitment coordination activities such as scheduling interviews, managing candidate data, and coordinating logistics

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with Ashby ATS

  • Experience working at a start-up

Salary Range Information 

Based on market data and other factors, the hourly range for this position is $36.00-$48.00 per hour. However, a salary higher or lower than this range may be appropriate for a candidate whose qualifications differ meaningfully from those listed in the job description.
