You’ll work directly with our hiring managers and founders to streamline the recruiting process, organize candidate pipelines, and make sure we’re bringing on the right (and best) people to help us achieve our ambitious goals.If you thrive in fast-paced environments, care about people, and want to help build the future of AI-driven search, this role is for you!

- Experience using ATS tools (we use Lever) and automations
- Willing to help build a high-performing team that will transform search as we know it
