Recruiting Coordinator

You’ll work directly with our hiring managers and founders to streamline the recruiting process, organize candidate pipelines, and make sure we’re bringing on the right (and best) people to help us achieve our ambitious goals.If you thrive in fast-paced environments, care about people, and want to help build the future of AI-driven search, this role is for you!

• Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail
• Ability to manage multiple hiring processes at once and keep everything running smoothly
• Passionate about creating a seamless candidate experience
• Experience using ATS tools (we use Lever) and automations
• Willing to help build a high-performing team that will transform search as we know it

• Optimize candidate communication for faster, smoother hiring
• Help plan and coordinate interviews, from scheduling to feedback collection
• Support candidate onboarding to ensure a great first impression
• Partner with hiring managers to make sure we're on track to meet our hiring goals
