Our partner Eaze, a leading cannabis delivery platform, is expanding its recruitment efforts, and we are seeking internal candidates to support their hiring needs as Recruiting Coordinators. This is a 3-month engagement with the possibility of extension, offering a valuable opportunity to gain recruitment experience and develop new skills.
No prior recruiting experience is required - comprehensive training will be provided; all you need is interest, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn!

Working Hours: 9 am – 5 pm PST
Responsibilities
- Candidate Screening – Conduct initial 10-15 minute structured phone screens using predefined questions and scorecards.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers – Work closely with managers to ensure candidates meet hiring criteria and expectations.
- Offer and Onboarding Management – Administer and track offer letters, background checks, and onboarding documents.
- System Administration – Manage candidate profiles and user accounts in HRIS systems (e.g., WURK and Paradox AI).
- Onboarding Follow-up – Ensure candidates complete onboarding tasks and prepare them for their first day.
- Candidate Engagement – Maintain consistent communication with candidates to handle inquiries and keep them engaged throughout the process.
- Team Collaboration – Work with other team members to ensure smooth transitions at different stages of the recruitment process.
- Strong communication skills, especially in handling candidate inquiries and follow-ups.
- Ability to manage high-volume processes and track candidates efficiently across multiple systems.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills for handling administrative tasks.
