Job Description
Position Overview
As a Recruiting Coordinator at Invenergy, you will provide administrative support to the Recruiting team. Additionally, you'll play a key role in fostering a positive recruiting experience for our candidates and internal teams. This on-site position will be located at Invenergy's office in downtown Chicago, IL.
Responsibilities

Collaborate with recruiters, hiring manager and their teams, and candidates throughout the recruiting process

Coordinate heavy scheduling of onsite and remote interviews

Greet candidates and conduct office tours, ensuring a positive candidate experience

Make travel arrangements for candidates and manage expense reimbursements

Communicate professionally in formal emails to candidates and managers

Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times

Assist with general recruitment inquiries

Other special projects and tasks as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
-
High School Diploma
-
Experience with scheduling & calendar management
-
Excellent customer service and communication skills
-
Strong prioritization and organizational skills with high level of attention to detail

Self-starter who takes pride in their work

Must be able to switch gears quickly and operate in a fast-paced, changing environment

Ability to be resourceful

Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience working at Invenergy as a contractor or full-time

Bachelor's degree

Prior experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or similar role

Prior experience managing high volume scheduling utilizing Microsoft Outlook

Prior experience managing travel arrangements and expense reimbursements

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or similar

Prior experience with Workday or similar Applicant Tracking System
