Formlabs is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our Recruiting team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the talent acquisition process by coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate communications, and ensuring a smooth and efficient recruiting process. You will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to provide an excellent candidate experience and help Formlabs attract top talent.

The Job

  • Interview Scheduling: Coordinate interviews, lunch and travel for candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Candidate Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates, answering questions, and guiding them through the interview process.
  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management: Maintain accurate records in Greenhouse ATS, including candidate statuses, interview feedback, and recruitment metrics.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to identify and implement improvements in the recruitment process to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Reporting: Generate and maintain recruitment-related reports such as hiring metrics, time-to-fill, and diversity data.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist with sourcing candidates, conducting initial candidate screenings, creating job postings, and managing communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

You

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a recruiting, HR, or administrative role; experience with interview scheduling or recruiting coordination is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and detail, ensuring all recruitment documentation and communication is correct.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR colleagues, and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot scheduling issues and propose solutions quickly.
  • Time Management: Strong time management skills to handle multiple scheduling requests and deadlines efficiently.
