Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will assist in the sourcing and recruitment for high volume customer service, operations and corporate roles. This job has a critical scope, that directly impacts candidate experience while managing internal stakeholders across the hiring process. You will partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers and the broader People Team to facilitate hiring exceptional people!

The successful candidate will have experience in administrative, logistics or people operations roles.

You Will:

  • Act as the liaison between Remitly's hiring team and candidates, delivering the best possible experience.

  • Assists Candidates, Recruiters and Hiring Manager through the selection process, steps and tools.

  • Schedules interviews and facilitates the flow of candidates through the recruitment process.

  • Supports compliance with "time to fill" and "time in stage" metrics for open requisitions.

  • Partner with the recruiting team to drive a consistent process and suggests ways to continuously improve our service level.

You Have:

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in similar roles.

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, including fluency in Spanish and English.

  • Interpersonal skills.

  • Detail-oriented.

  • High organizational and prioritization skills.

  • Fast-learning and continuous improvement mindset.

  • Ability and accountability to work in a hybrid environment.
