We are seeking an ambitious recruiting coordinator to join us on our mission to accelerate healthcare innovation.  As an essential part of the hiring process, you’d be a great fit for this role if you like putting order to calendar chaos, partnering with interview teams across departments, facilitating candidate interviews across time zones, and enjoying being busy all day.  We have an aggressive headcount goal for the second half of this year so the ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders, manage a continuous stream of tasks, and being comfortable multi-tasking is key.  This temporary position offers the opportunity to see hyper growth in real time. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Represent NexHealth as one of the first points of contact for candidates interested in interviewing 
  • Coordinate with candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams to schedule on-site and virtual interviews
  • Facilitate exceptional partnerships with recruiters, hiring managers, and recruitment coordinators prioritizing timely follow-up and follow-through, thoroughness in work, and attention to detail
  • Lead in-person interview facilitations as needed at our Utah headquarters
  • Stay up to date on the status of candidates and interviews to be able to report back to hiring managers and interview teams 
  • Help identify improvements to the interview process and find solutions to bottlenecks
  • Support our Utah team and office, with duties that may include office management
  • Partner with the Talent team in ad hoc process improvement initiatives and other projects

What You'll Bring:

  • 1+ years of high-volume recruiting coordination experience
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and growing company
  • Strong communication skills, energetic personality, and the ability to be self-reliant and super-resourceful
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Technically proficient with Word, Excel, and general computer skills
  • Proficiency in Greenhouse (or equivalent ATS)
