Description & Requirements
We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to fully support executive recruiters within our firm. This position will report directly to Management and will be responsible for tasks ranging from research, performing search projects, social media, and assisting with marketing and proposal documents.
This is an excellent opportunity for a 1-to-3-year level candidate with the necessary skills or an administrative professional with experience in marketing, recruiting, or other professional services firms.
How you will contribute:
- Database & Internet Research -Bullhorn, ATS systems, Linked In, etc.
- System & Database Maintenance
- Create Resumes using Letterhead/Company format
- Writing of Service Fee Agreements, Engagement Letters, and other Proposal Documents
- Marketing Projects, Proposals, and Presentations - as needed
- Monthly billing/invoicing -permanent placements
- Partner well with recruiters in performing searches and presentations
- Writing presentations and newsletters for business development
- Revenue record keeping and creating reports in Excel and ATS system
- On-boarding, coordination
We are looking for people with Forward Vision and:
- Close attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to establish priorities, manage shifting priorities and handle numerous time-sensitive projects with multiple deadlines
- Excellent grammar & proofreading skills
- Problem-solving & resolution ability
Minimum Qualifications:
- Business, HR, or Marketing degree
- An individual with a background in staffing, recruiting, or an HR environment
- 1 year or more of experience in a recruiting or HR coordination role
- Experience with database maintenance and entry creation (recruiting & candidate database experience)
