Job Summary
Barings’ Experienced Hire Talent Acquisition Team is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support the firm’s growing recruitment efforts. This position will be located in the firm’s headquarters in Charlotte, NC.
Primary Responsibilities
- Support the Talent Acquisition process by scheduling interviews, greeting candidates, facilitating candidate travel, and managing the onboarding and background check process
- Foster strong relationships with candidates, internal stakeholders, and the Experienced Hire Talent Acquisition team
- Respond to a high frequency of various requests from Recruiters, Hiring Managers as well as new hires and candidates
- Partner with HR team members to successfully onboard new hires
- Facilitate onboarding programs for new hires
- Deliver a seamless, high-touch interview experience for executive candidates
- Maintain detailed documentation on all recruiting processes
- Input all data into the Workday system to ensure effectiveness of our recruitment efforts is tracked properly
- Help refine our recruiting process and contribute ideas on how we can be more efficient as we scale
- Ad hoc projects, testing and tasks
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of related professional experience
- Proven talent to work well under pressure in a demanding and fast paced professional environment
- Capacity to quickly acquire an understanding of relevant firm businesses, recruiting policies, procedures, and systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to build strong relationships and network with candidates and internal partners
- Flexible self-motivated team player
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multi-task/prioritize workload
- Show initiative and ability to exercise independent judgment
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and Workday are a plus
Base Salary Range: $65,000- $75,000 (also includes additional benefits and incentive programs)
