The Microsoft 365 Product Owner is responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle of Microsoft 365, focusing on improving user experience, aligning stakeholders, managing product strategy and roadmap, and ensuring compliance and governance.

Supports finance and operations through accounting processes, financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow projections, variance analysis, month-end reporting, and profitability analysis. Partners with senior leaders and operational teams to communicate financial results, provide actionable insights, maintain reporting accuracy, and improve forecasting and reporting processes. The role also coordinates with accounting and third-party providers on tax and compliance matters.

Provides legal advice and support for Barings investment funds, including fund formation, structuring, capital raising, distribution, marketing, investor negotiations, documentation, and regulatory matters. Manages outside counsel relationships and collaborates with internal teams across alternative investment strategies. The role requires expertise in fund structures, securities regulations, drafting, negotiation, and private wealth distribution.

Support delivery of UK & EMEA marketing plans and local activation of global campaigns. Coordinate campaigns, email and CRM workflows, content distribution, events, compliance reviews, budget tracking, and reporting with sales, investment and central marketing teams.
