If you were the Recruiting Coordinator – Temporary now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:
- Providing administration and process support to the TA team throughout all aspects of the recruitment process
- Coordinating interviews, travel logistics and onboarding schedules for candidates and new hires as required
- Providing support for in-person interviews, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience
- Coordinating with hiring managers and cross-functional partners to ensure seamless onboarding and to align first-day logistics for all new hires
- Supporting data entry and ensuring accuracy and integrity across all systems and touchpoints
- Posting open positions through Lever and to local community outlets to recruit candidates
- Conducting research to identify and engage promising candidates (LinkedIn, Boolean search, etc.)
- Managing the internal referral program and payout process
- Overseeing the background check procedures for relevant roles
- Contributing to building a strong recruitment network and talent pipelines via relationships with key institutions, networking events, career fairs, job boards, conferences, and promising past applicants
- Evaluating the existing suite of tools and integrations, continuously identifying areas of improvement
- Documenting standard operating procedures for TA processes
Here are some of the things you could be working on in the future:
- Contributing to a continuously expanding candidate database for the Talent Acquisition team
- Building a strong recruitment network and talent pipeline via relationships with key institutions, networking events, career fairs, job boards, conferences, and promising past applicants
- Supporting the Manager, Talent Acquisition and Recruiters in creation of interview guides and tool kits
- Helping to identify roadblocks in our processes while seeking ways to improve workflows to maximize efficiencies and our time to hire.
- Participating in identifying and supporting TA projects and initiatives
- Supporting the Arc’teryx Talent Acquisition team in creating employer branding initiatives

- You have 2+ years' experience in a recruiting environment
- You have had some exposure to and experience with recruiting processes
- You have the ability to sensitively deal with confidential information
- You have the ability to consistently evaluate and evolve existing processes
- You are not afraid to fail and use every opportunity to learn and share
- You effectively balance autonomy and collaboration
- You have strong organizational and time management skills
- You are experienced in managing projects from start to finish
