Recruiting Coordinator | Sales & Marketing | Destin, FL
We're currently searching for a Recruiting Coordinator to support our Sales & Marketing Recruiting efforts for our Florida Panhandle operations. At Wyndham, we are dedicated to recruiting the best-in-class Sales and Marketing professionals to add to our award-winning team.
Responsibilities

Source passive and active candidates through various recruiting channels (Indeed, LinkedIn, Career Fairs, Local Sources, Referrals, etc.)

Conduct candidate phone screens for sales and marketing roles

Schedule candidates to come in for interviews
-
Provide an exceptional candidate experience from source to hire
-
Partner with other Recruiting Coordinators to share best practices and maintain site and region-wide objectives
-
Use creativity to attract top sales and marketing representatives to Wyndham Destinations, including promoting employee referrals internally
-
Update candidate and staffing reports on an ongoing basis
-
Provide weekly follow-up with new hires until start date, including scheduling new hire paperwork
-
Build a social media presence to consistently promote the site
-
Actively engage with Sales and Marketing new hires by attending meetings, visiting the sales floor, celebrating referrals, etc.

Meet and exceed interview setting goals

Prepare and execute fun, upbeat "career nights" for the site as needed
Requirements
-
High Volume Recruiting and/or Sales experience highly preferred
-
Customer service experience
-
Cold calling experience
-
Must be a team player and possess the ability to form good working relationships with others
-
High School or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
-
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
-
Must be able to handle rejection and common objections
-
Intermediate in Microsoft Office including MS Excel and Outlook
-
General smart device skills
-
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
-
Ability to travel between local sites when necessary
-
**Must have a strong desire for upward mobility and career growth**
The Recruiting Coordinator position is designed to be the start of a career path into a Site Recruiter role, preferably within 1-3 years. The Recruiting Coordinator must be able to relocate for a promotion within the region if the position becomes available outside of Destin, FL.
