Job Summary**
The Recruiting Coordinator will provide essential administrative and logistical support to the recruiting team, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers for Primoris Energy Services in Deerpark, TX. This role is critical in maintaining efficient recruitment operations and contributing to the successful hiring of top talent.
Job Responsibilities**
* Schedule and coordinate interviews, including phone, video, and in-person meetings, across multiple time zones.
* Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, including sending interview confirmations, providing updates, and responding to inquiries.
* Post job descriptions on various job boards, company websites, and social media platforms.
* Maintain and update candidate records and applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accuracy and timeliness.
* Assist with pre-employment screening processes, such as background checks and drug screens, as required.
* Generate recruitment reports and provide data analysis to support strategic hiring initiatives.
* Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for out-of-town candidates, if necessary.
* Assist with onboarding activities for new hires, including preparing offer letters and new hire paperwork.
* Support the recruiting team with various administrative tasks, including expense reports, calendar management, and presentation preparation.
* Contribute to improving recruitment processes and candidate experience.
Job Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
* 1-3 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably within a human resources or recruiting department.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is highly desirable.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
* Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
* Proactive and resourceful with a strong work ethic.
