What you'll do:
- Own the scheduling and coordination of our Talent Acquisition Pipeline. Schedule and coordinate interviews across departments, handling last-minute changes with composure and creativity
- Support candidate sourcing, communication, pre-boarding, and onboarding initiatives.
- Serve as System Administrator for our ATS, Lever
- Run our campus recruiting program.
- Manage day-to-day office operations of our HQ in Cambridge, MA.
- Welcome and greet all visitors, ensuring an inviting and thoughtful office experience.
- Oversee shipping and receiving for all teams in the office. Manage our weekly lunch deliveries, office snack program, and tidiness of communal spaces.
- Ensure spaces are being utilized efficiently and work with internal stakeholders to make sure the space is evolving to meet the needs of our teams, maintaining a continuous improvement mindset.
- Maintain vendor relationships partnering with facilities, procurement, and accounting teams to manage facility and vendor payment processes.
- Support the plan and execute office and team events. Be a leading example of our culture champion!
- Take on various ad hoc projects as needed
About you:
- You are detail-oriented with a customer service mindset.
- Would describe yourself as a creative problem solver and technically savvy.
- Have an organized and operational approach
- Are a stellar communicator, both written and verbal.
- Enjoy a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Previous startup environment exposure is desired.
