What You Would Do Here:
Cloudflare is growing our Recruiting team and looking to hire a highly organized Recruiting Coordinator to join our team in San Francisco. We are a small but mighty team partnering closely with our hiring managers to help grow their respective teams globally. We are a global team of trusted strategic partners that lead a deliberate and inclusive process, whilst maximizing candidate experience.
You will work alongside Recruiters, other Recruiting Coordinators, and Hiring Managers across the organization to help grow our Cloudflare team.
This is a 12 month contract with potential to extend and convert to full-time position. This is a hybrid position and may be expected to come into the office up to 3 times in a week based on need.
What you can expect:

• Schedule and coordinate phone, onsite and video interviews for candidates with speed, efficiency, and accuracy at high volume.
• Coordinate candidate travel & assist with candidate expenses process.
• Partner closely with Executive Assistants to coordinate senior level interviews and manage onsite candidates.
• Regularly maintain recruiting applicant tracking system, candidate trackers and dashboards to ensure information and tasks are up-to-date.
• Communicate professionally and maintain a high-level of confidentiality at all times, both internally and externally, with candidates, peers, and hiring managers.
• Spear-head creative candidate experience efforts to augment virtual and onsite interviewing experiences.
• Deliver a top-notch recruiting experience for all candidates during all phases of the recruiting cycle.
• Perform administrative duties as required to support the local People & Places team.
• Work closely with other coordinators on cross-functional projects.
• Manage recruiting processes and projects to improve efficiency of overall Recruiting team.

• Team player
• Knowledge of GSuite applications.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience preferred.

Compensation
Compensation may be adjusted depending on work location.

• For Bay Area-based hires: Estimated annual salary of $75,000 - $84,000
