Meet the team!

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a 6-month maternity cover. You will work closely with our Talent Acquisition team of 10 recruiters, along with a wide group of Hiring Managers and interviewers across various departments.

Your primary focus will be to coordinate interviews seamlessly across departments such as Engineering, Customer Support, and Sales. Your contribution will be key in delivering an exceptional experience for both candidates and the hiring teams while ensuring interviews are scheduled efficiently and run smoothly.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Ensure interviews are scheduled efficiently and promptly
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple departments to facilitate a smooth interview process
  • Maintain a high standard of candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Monitor, collect and analyze interview scheduling data to initiate improvements and drive efficiency

What you need to succeed:

  • Experience managing a high volume of interviews, including those for complex departments such as engineering.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Highly adaptable and quick to adjust to changing priorities.
  • Ability to ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Skilled in managing relationships with diverse stakeholders across the organization.
  • Great communication skills. Confident in challenging decisions and providing constructive feedback when necessary.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
  • Experience with recruitment tech stack (ATS, Calendars, Slack, HRIS,...)
