As a Recruiting Administrative Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in helping design and trade professionals find top talent. You’ll be the glue that keeps the hiring process smooth, organized, and effective.

- Incentives – We offer a $17-$19/hr base plus quarterly bonuses based on revenue (first-year earnings: $35,000-$47,000).
- Steady Schedule – Remote Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM (No weekends!).
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Screening – Sourcing, Resume, Behaviour Assessment & Phone Screens – finding the perfect candidates.
- Writing – Crafting and posting job ads that attract top talent.
- Coordinating – Scheduling interviews, facilitating reference and background checks like a pro.
- Customer Service – Assisting with client onboarding to set them up for success.
What You Bring to the Table:

Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum Associate’s Degree in HR or HR Certificate (SHRM preferred).
- At least 2 years in an office administrative role (recruiting experience is a plus!).
