About the role:

TP-Link Systems is seeking a highly driven and relationship-oriented Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This full-time onsite role will lead recruiting efforts across a broad range of business functions, including Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal, Human Resources, Operations, and other corporate departments.

The ideal candidate has experience recruiting professional and corporate talent in fast-paced environments and is skilled at partnering with hiring managers, developing sourcing strategies, delivering an exceptional candidate experience, and driving hiring outcomes. This role offers significant exposure to business leaders and the opportunity to influence talent acquisition strategy across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Full-Cycle Recruiting

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake meeting through offer acceptance and onboarding.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, required competencies, and organizational objectives.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal, HR, Operations, and other corporate functions.
  • Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct candidate screenings and assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and organizational fit.
  • Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, including scheduling, candidate communication, and feedback collection.

Talent Sourcing & Market Intelligence

  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing techniques to identify top talent.
  • Develop proactive talent communities and pipelines for critical business functions.
  • Stay informed on labor market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices.
  • Provide talent market insights and recommendations to hiring managers and HR leadership.

Stakeholder Partnership

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
  • Ensure alignment with approved headcount plans, hiring priorities, and organizational goals.
  • Facilitate intake meetings and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
  • Deliver regular recruiting updates and hiring metrics to stakeholders.

Candidate Experience & Employer Branding

  • Create a positive and engaging experience for all candidates.
  • Represent TP-Link's culture, values, and employment brand throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain timely and professional communication with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Support employer branding initiatives, recruiting events, and networking opportunities.

Recruiting Operations

  • Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws.
  • Support reporting and recruiting analytics, including pipeline activity, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and hiring outcomes.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruiting processes and efficiency.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting for Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal, Human Resources, Operations, or other corporate functions.
  • Strong sourcing experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms.
  • Excellent interviewing, relationship-building, and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred

  • Experience recruiting in technology, consumer electronics, telecommunications, or high-growth organizations.
  • Experience supporting executive and leadership-level hiring.
  • Knowledge of compensation benchmarking and talent market analysis.
  • Experience using Workday Recruiting, Workable, Greenhouse, or similar ATS platforms

Benefits

Salary range: $100,000-$140,000
