Aaru operates at the frontier of predictive intelligence, using AI to simulate and predict human behavior at scale. By generating and deploying instances of artificial intelligence that mirror humans, called agents, Aaru simulates entire populations with unprecedented accuracy. Our partners work with us for many reasons: they leverage Aaru to refine strategy in volatile geopolitical climates, cut new product innovation timelines from months to minutes, and deploy marketing campaigns that win in an era where consumers have never been harder to understand. We provide organizations with invaluable foresight, empowering them to anticipate outcomes and proactively make the right decisions at the right time, every time.
We're a small, dedicated, mission-driven team and we intend to stay that way. We believe the best work happens when exceptionally talented people are given ownership, trust and the space to operate without bureaucratic friction. We work with urgency and intellectual honesty and expect new team members to match our velocity. We seek individuals who thrive at the frontier, who push beyond conventional limits, who bring curiosity and conviction in equal measure, and who want their work to have demonstrable impact in the world. If you're energized by the idea of a small team doing things that feel impossible, let’s build together.
ABOUT THE ROLEAaru is looking for an exceptional Recruiter to help us find and land the most talented people in the world. This isn't a volume recruiting role. Success means closing the top 0.01% of talent across engineering and GTM operators. You'll own the full recruiting lifecycle, including building pipelines from scratch, developing deep relationships with exceptional candidates, and moving with urgency and precision.
RESPONSIBILITIESOwn the full recruiting lifecycle end-to-end: from sourcing and outreach through offer negotiation and close for engineering and GTM roles.
Build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines from scratch, with a heavy emphasis on passive sourcing for profiles that don't respond to job postings.
Develop and execute targeted outbound sourcing strategies to identify and engage the top 0.01% of talent across technical and operator roles.
Serve as a compelling brand ambassador for Aaru in every candidate interaction, leaving a strong impression of the company regardless of outcome.
Partner closely with founders and hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, team culture, and what exceptional looks like for each position.
Move candidates through the process with urgency and precision, minimizing friction while maintaining a high-quality experience at every touchpoint.
Track and manage pipeline activity and recruiting metrics in Ashby, using data to continuously improve sourcing effectiveness and conversion rates.
Stay current on the AI/ML talent landscape, including key researchers, engineers, and operators worth tracking over time.
Contribute to the development of Aaru's employer brand and recruiting infrastructure as the company scales.
