THE ROLE
 
We’re in an incredibly exciting space in tech and are fundamentally reshaping the data storage industry. At Everpure (formerly Pure Storage), you’ll lead with innovative thinking, grow alongside a high-performing team, and help build the talent that powers our business. We’re looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team in Bangalore. This role will support hiring across a variety of functions and offers a unique opportunity to influence hiring strategy in a fast-growing, high-impact environment.
 
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Act as a trusted Talent Acquisition partner to hiring managers and business leaders, developing and executing hiring strategies aligned to business priorities.
  • Own end-to-end recruiting, including intake alignment, sourcing strategy, screening, interview coordination, decision-making, offer strategy, and onboarding alignment.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, advising them on market trends, talent availability, and hiring trade-offs. 
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for specialized and competitive talent markets.
  • Proactively source, engage, and maintain strong and diverse candidate pipelines.
  • Use recruiting metrics and insights to drive continuous improvement in hiring outcomes and efficiency.
  • Partner closely with HR Business Partners, Total Rewards, Finance, and Interview Coordination to ensure smooth, timely hiring decisions.
  • Help craft compelling job descriptions that clearly communicate the Pure Storage story and employer brand.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE…
  • Strong recruiting expertise with a focus on quality, speed, and partnership.
  • Ability to influence and guide hiring managers through the recruiting lifecycle.
  • 6+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a product or technology-driven company.
  • Proven success sourcing and closing passive talent in a competitive market.
  • Experience hiring across business, technical, or corporate functions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfort building relationships via phone, video, and in-person interactions.
  • Strong direct sourcing skills and structured interviewing capability.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing hiring decisions.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Everpure(formerly Pure Storage) is primarily an in-office environment. This role is based in Bangalore, and you’ll be expected to work from the office in line with company policy, except during PTO, business travel, or other approved leave.
