What You'll Do: This person is the resident expert on the recruiting team, collaborating with business users on taking in new hire technical requirements
- Source potential candidates on niche platforms, like Stack Overflow and Github along with traditional platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn
- Adopt modern sourcing technologies (where & when appropriate) in your outreach including but not limited to automation, drip campaigns, saved google alerts, etc.
- Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
- Qualify both hard and soft skills of potential candidates
- Articulate strengths and weaknesses of potential candidates to management to assist with decision making
- Effectively negotiate employment compensation ensuring it aligns with market data requirements
