Job Title/High-Level Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to lead the recruitment efforts across multiple functions within the Global organization. In this role, you will collaborate closely with leaders and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. You will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to presenting offers.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Partner with Leadership and Human Resources: Build strong relationships with leaders, hiring managers and HR to understand their hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with business goals.
  • Talent Sourcing: Proactively source, identify, and engage top sales talent through various channels, including online job boards, social media, industry networks, and referrals.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.
  • Candidate Experience: Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to provide insights and recommendations on talent acquisition strategies.
  • Offer Negotiation: Collaborate with hiring managers to prepare and extend job offers, including negotiating compensation packages when necessary.
  • Data Analysis: Maintain accurate records and utilize recruitment data and metrics to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Continuous Improvement Projects : Adhoc Talent projects with both internal and external customers

 

 

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university or High school diploma with 4 years similar work experience required
  • Minimum of 2 years full cycle recruitment experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience recruiting high volume roles.

Desired Attributes:

  • Experience recruiting in Tunisia 
  • Agency or RPO experience
  • Process improvement/project management experience with ability to deliver results
  • A successful track record of transformational business partnering
  • High degree of maturity and emotional intelligence with a track record of successfully leading through difficult situations
  • Data-driven orientation that combines qualitative and quantitative
  • Resourcefulness, pragmatism, and roll-up the sleeves mentality
  • Efficiency and organizational skills
  • Able to manage competing demands and easily adapts to changes in work environment and schedule
  • ATS management experience – Workday preferred
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects with overlapping tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must be a confident communicator, (including both written and verbal skills) and must be able to effectively present to all levels of the organization
  • Energizing personality, excellent communication skills, detail oriented, strong time management skills, ability to multi-task on multiple projects simultaneously, meet competing priorities and deadlines under pressure, and ability to drive cross functional teaming and linkages are a must for this role.
