About the Role

We are seeking a Recruiter in a full-time capacity to support hiring across a range of functions at YETI in Austin, TX. In this role, you will partner with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to support recruiting for early to mid-level roles, internal mobility, and contractor conversions.

You will manage full-cycle recruiting activities while delivering a consistent and high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience. This role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do
  • Partner with hiring managers and recruiting teammates to understand hiring needs and support execution of recruiting plans

  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for assigned roles, including intake coordination, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and offer support

  • Support recruiting efforts for early to mid-level roles, internal movement, and contractor-to-employee conversions

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers to ensure alignment and clear communication throughout the hiring process

  • Proactively communicate with candidates, hiring teams, and recruiting partners to provide updates and ensure a smooth hiring experience

  • Source and engage candidates using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms to support talent pipeline development

  • Support the creation and refinement of job descriptions to ensure clarity and alignment with role requirements

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in Workday for all requisitions and candidate activity

  • Deliver a positive candidate experience through consistent communication and timely follow-up

  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and share recommendations with the team

  • Stay informed on talent market trends and competitor activity to support recruiting efforts

What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience

  • Experience supporting a mix of hiring needs including early career, professional roles, and internal mobility

  • Ability to manage multiple open roles and priorities with strong organization and attention to detail

  • Ability to resolve non-routine recruiting challenges with guidance and sound judgment

  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred) and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across teams

  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and process discipline

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
