Job Opening: Recruiter
Location: South Africa (Remote – SA Hours)
Type: Full-Time, Work From Home
Working Hours: Monday to Friday - South African hours!
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, and networking to attract qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and create job descriptions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job data within the applicant tracking system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal teams to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
- Continuously improve recruitment strategies based on market trends and recruitment metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in remote or international hiring environments.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to recruitment challenges.
