The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead high-volume hiring across all avenues of our businesses. This is a critical growth role where you'll be responsible for staffing multiple positions across various markets—from frontline team members to management and executive roles.

What You'll Do

High-Volume Talent Acquisition

  • Design and execute recruitment strategies to support aggressive expansion across 50+ car wash locations in addition to all business strategies.
  • Build robust talent pipelines for frontline, supervisory, and management positions across multiple markets
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for a high-volume portfolio of candidates and roles

Strategic Partnership & Collaboration

  • Partner with Executives, Office Manager, HR Manager, and District Managers to understand staffing needs across locations
  • Create compelling job descriptions that attract quality candidates in competitive markets
  • Act as a trusted advisor on talent market trends, compensation benchmarking, and hiring best practices

Efficient Recruiting Operations

  • Leverage BreezyHR platform to organize candidates, manage multi-location job postings, and conduct assessments
  • Conduct pre-interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and facilitate efficient selection processes
  • Negotiate competitive offers while maintaining alignment with company policies and market standards

Compliance & Onboarding Excellence

  • Conduct thorough background verifications, including employment and education checks
  • Ensure compliance with all HR documentation and regulatory requirements
  • Lead seamless day-one onboarding experiences that set new hires up for success

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

  • High-volume recruiting expertise: Minimum 3 years in talent acquisition; experience hiring 500+ candidates preferred
  • Multi-location experience: Proven ability to manage recruiting across multiple sites or markets
  • BreezyHR proficiency: Experience with BreezyHR is a strong plus; familiarity with other ATS platforms required
  • Exceptional communication skills: Outstanding ability to engage candidates, hiring managers, and leadership effectively
  • Negotiation skills: Proven track record of closing candidates and extending competitive offers
  • Metrics-driven approach: Strong analytical mindset to evaluate recruiting effectiveness and drive improvements

Preferred Qualifications

  • HR background or SHRM/HRCI certification
  • Experience with social media recruiting and creative sourcing strategies
  • Retail, hospitality, or service industry recruiting experience
  • Bilingual capabilities (Spanish)
