POSITION SUMMARY
This role requires a strong consultative recruiter who can conduct high‑quality prescreenings, deeply understand position and project requirements, and actively guide hiring managers through an agile, compliant recruiting process without compromising candidate experience. The ideal candidate brings a strong bias for action, operates with discipline and accuracy and consistently balances speed, quality, compliance, and transparency.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and execute recruiting strategies to support assigned projects; manage recruiting activities, correspondence, and data analysis through applicant tracking system.
- Proactively recruit qualified candidates for various job classifications using a variety of sources
- Conduct thorough, structured prescreening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, alignment to role requirements, project context, and risk considerations
- Develop a strong understanding of assigned positions, programs, and customer requirements to ensure accurate and compliant candidate evaluations
- Partner closely with hiring managers as a strategic advisor, guiding them through compliant, efficient, and market‑informed recruiting decisions
- Actively source candidates using external platforms, Boolean search techniques, referrals, networking, and AI‑enabled sourcing and screening tools. Review resumes and credentials for appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities in relation to position requirements
- Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position
- Perform and analyze pre-employment assessments and detailed reference checks on selected candidates
- Manage employment offer process; negotiate beneficial terms for both manager and applicant
- Manage new hire setup process, including new hire paperwork
- Ensure that internal and external recruiting processes are carried out in compliance with appropriate policies, guidelines and laws; provide guidance to supervisors and employees as necessary
- Maintain recruiting documentation for tracking requisition processing, applicant flow, cost-per-hire and recruiting effectiveness statistics; generate necessary recruiting reports
- Collaborate with managers and supervisors to anticipate short- and long-term staffing needs and develop pro-active recruiting strategies to effectively address them
- Develop and maintain an internal client base through professional and industry knowledge, a focus on client needs, and superior service
- Assist in the development of and changes to employment procedures, policies, and forms
- Assist with special projects assigned by Recruiting Leadership
- Work is typically based in a busy office environment and subject to frequent interruptions. Business work hours are Monday-Friday standard core hours, however some extended or weekend hours may be required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of Full Lifecycle Recruiting experience (corporate recruiting and/or staffing agency)
- Prior experience recruiting within a large, complex, multinational organization strongly preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the EU
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- Demonstrated expertise in conducting high‑quality prescreening interviews and candidate evaluation
- Strong ability to partner with and influence hiring managers while ensuring adherence to policy and compliance requirements
- Proven ability to work with a strong bias for action in a high‑volume, fast‑moving environment
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System in real time (ADP, UKG, or similar systems preferred)
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, including experience using spreadsheets and preparing recruiting metrics or presentations
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Working knowledge of employment law, compliance considerations, and defensible hiring practices
- Experience leveraging AI-driven sourcing or screening tools preferred
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
- Self‑starter with demonstrated accountability, judgment, and professionalism
