You will:
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates for technical roles
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand technical skillsets and ideal candidate profiles, and execute accordingly
- Build talent pipelines through strategic sourcing, research, outbound campaigns, referrals, and online communities
- Track key sourcing metrics and share insights with the recruiting team to help improve processes, targeting, hiring velocity, and ideas for improvement
- Maintain accurate pipeline data within our ATS
- Coordinate with hiring managers to research and plan sourcing funnels
- Maintain a high engagement rate and provide an outstanding candidate experience
What you bring:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-3+ years of sourcing or full cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a SaaS startup, high-growth tech environment, and/or agency setting
- Collaborative and startup mindset with the ability to partner closely with recruiters and hiring teams and hustle to get the job done
- Applicant Tracking System experience (ie. Lever, Greenhouse, etc.) and strong technical aptitude
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Demonstrated experience managing through significant change/growth and delivering results, as well as staying flexible as priorities shift
- A team player, positive "can-do" attitude
