**This is a hybrid position that requires 2 days per week in office at our Chicago location**

Syndigo is seeking a proactive, relationship‑driven Recruiter to primarily support hiring for our Sales and Marketing organizations. This role will partner closely with the business to identify, attract, and hire top-performing talent across our global footprint. 

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, excels at stakeholder communication, and brings strong sourcing skills paired with an outstanding candidate experience mindset.

HOW WE’LL BE WINNING TOGETHER DAY TO DAY

  • Full-Cycle Recruiting
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment, from intake to offer acceptance.
    • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand team needs, role requirements, and success profiles.
    • Create tailored recruiting strategies to attract top talent across both active and passive markets.
  • Sourcing & Pipeline Development
    • Proactively source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other creative channels.
    • Maintain a healthy pipeline of high‑quality candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Candidate Experience
    • Deliver a thoughtful, high-touch experience for candidates at every stage.
    • Communicate clearly and promptly with candidates, ensuring transparency around timelines and expectations.
    • Contribute to building and promoting Syndigo’s brand to attract top talent 
  • Process & Collaboration
    • Conduct structured, competency‑based screens and evaluate candidates against role-specific criteria.
    • Facilitate interview debriefs, hiring manager alignment conversations, and decision-making processes.
    • Partner with the HR team on business needs, compensation alignment, and onboarding workflows.
    • Utilize data and metrics to evaluate performance, recommend improvements, and make data-driven decisions 
    • Recommend process improvements and contribute to team-wide recruiting initiatives.

WE SHOULD TALK IF THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOU 

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally supporting Sales, Marketing, or GTM teams.
  • Strong sourcing abilities with a creative and proactive approach to talent attraction.
  • Skilled at building trust and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to represent Syndigo’s brand positively and professionally.
  • Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced, or SaaS environment preferred.
  • Knowledge of ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) and recruiting tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.

Your individual compensation within the budgeted salary range is determined based on your skills, education, experience, and internal equity. This position is Bonus Eligible.

Budgeted Salary Range is:
$64,000$80,000 USD
