InteLogix is seeking an onsite Recruiter to drive growth at our San Salvador office. We operate in a high‑performance, people-centered culture where growth, innovation, and teamwork drive everything we do. As we expand our operations in San Salvador, we are looking for a proactive, energetic Recruiter to support our continued success.
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruiting for our agent and non-agent population.
Maintain a high-volume pipeline of qualified candidates to support weekly hiring needs.
Conduct screening interviews and coordinate assessments, language tests, and hiring events.
Partner with operations, training, and workforce management to understand staffing forecasts and hiring priorities.
Track recruiting metrics and maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
Support employer branding efforts, local outreach, job fairs, and digital sourcing strategies.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications:
1–3 years of recruiting experience in BPO, call center, or high-volume hiring environments.
Strong sourcing skills using social media, job boards, and local networks.
Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (WorkDay) is strongly preferred.
Excellent communication and interview skills; confident working with diverse candidate pools.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet weekly hiring targets.
Demonstrated resilience, adaptability, flexibility and ability to stay positive under pressure to achieve results.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Upper Intermediate English proficiency preferred (B2+ or higher).
