Job: You will own technical hiring and be a true partner to engineering leadership. That means developing deep product and culture context, holding a high bar on signal, and knowing how to find and close the people no one else is talking to.

You: You've helped build some of the best engineering teams in the industry. You understand how talent shapes a company's trajectory, you earn trust with technical leaders fast, and you know what it takes to hire well at every stage of scale.

Our team works fully in-person, between our Palo Alto HQ and San Francisco office. We’re a flat, talent-dense organization dedicated to solving technical and creative problems.
